Unfortunately, bicycles are not allowed on the site of Jardins de Vivers for safety reasons. Please note that within the site there are no possibilities to park bikes. Bikes can of course be parked outside the site.

To enjoy Les llums de Vivers, a special event held in the Jardins de Vivers, which is a free space, specific tickets must be purchased.

The following groups can enjoy reduced price tickets: 2 adults and 2 minors (family pack), people with functional diversity, students, over 65s and under 18s.

Dogs are allowed

During the tour you will find a selection of Christmas specialities with delicious food and drinks. The gastronomic offer includes both sweet and savoury dishes.

If you have lost something during your visit to Les llums de Vivers, we kindly ask you to send us an email describing the lost item.

No access with suitcases or other bulky objects.

Les llums de Vivers is open for you from 26 November 2021 to 09 January 2022 from 6 pm to 10.30 pm. During the following days Les llums de Vivers is closed: 24, 31 December 2021 and 5 January 2022.

Les llums de Vivers is also a perfect destination for families with children thanks to its attractive complementary offer. A children’s mini-train will delight the youngest guests. It costs 2€ every weekday.

We recommend that you travel to Les llums de Vivers by public transportation since only a limited number of parking spaces is available around Jardins de Vivers. Please note that the Els llums de Vivers ticket does not include public transportation.

You are cordially invited to take pictures of our installations and you are also allowed to take a tripod with you. We are pleased if you share the special atmosphere of Les llums de Vivers and your impressions with us on Instagram and / or Facebook under #lesllumsdevivers.

All trails are suitable for prams.

With an increased security and steward staff as well as a professional admission organisation, we take the security requirements which have been tightened over the past years into due account on the basis of current standards as well as the hygiene and distancing recommendations (more information). In the interests of a quick admission, we kindly ask you not to take along large bags.

Children up to and including 2 years have free access to Els Llums de Sant Pau. The children receive, however, a free-of-charge ticket so that the precise number of visitors can be checked. In our online ticket shop you also have the possibility to buy print@home-tickets. This means that you can buy tickets online until shortly before the event and take them along with you as a PDF on your mobile phone or as a printout. Tickets may also be purchased at the evening box office.

Tickets can only be returned, and the ticket price refunded, if the event is cancelled and/or rescheduled. If the event is cancelled and an alternative date is scheduled, you may return your ticket through the channel through which they were purchased. If the event is postponed, your ticket will still be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date, you may return your ticket through the channel where it was purchased. Travel expenses will not be refunded if an event is rescheduled or cancelled. Management fees paid will not be refunded. In each of the above cases, the ticket price will only be refunded if the original ticket is returned; you will be responsible for the cost of returning the ticket. No refund is possible if the ticket is lost.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and must always be accompanied and supervised by adults. Children up to 24 months are free of charge.

The trail (non-guided) is available as a defined route and is approximately 1.5 kilometres long. Depending on the duration of stay and breaks, it takes between around 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes. You can of course make breaks on your way, admire the fascinating lights extensively, take photos of this unforgettable evening or taste Christmas delicacies in the festively decorated inner courtyard. Toilets are of course available on the site.

Disability accreditation card holders and their companion will receive a discount on the entrance fee. The disability accreditation card must be presented as proof of disability at the entrance area.

The visit to Les llumes de Vivers will not be cancelled and, therefore, ticket prices will not be refunded in the event of rain, wind, fog or any other adverse weather conditions.

In the event of adverse weather conditions that prevent visitors from visiting the facilities with a guaranteed minimum level of safety, tickets will be cancelled by time slot. The organization will study the viability of the exhibition by sessions. In this case, the affected tickets will be returned directly to the cards with which they were purchased.
